Silvercash 3 problems!

I can't load the site, it says I need Internet Explorer 6.0+, and I have 6.0+ SP1!

Any help? Can't get in.

First, you must send them 100 signups without your ref code. Then you can signup for yourself and everything will be fine...

But, in my sig you have a sponsor that you can signup right away
