Actually... anyone that actually takes the time to ACTUALLY negotiate that point in the contract could potentially help.

Or anyone that settled but still wants to help could support the companies that are fighting by buying more content or sending more traffic to them so that they have the cash to fight.

The funny part is I heard a little bird that told me other companies that have similar patent claims to Acacia's are about to go after all the companies that settled with Acacia. Hope they still have those checkbooks open because the fun just isn't going to stop!

I will give you my reasoning for clicking this thread.

I notied Far-L posted, and the title is "correcting a falsehood...." So I thought the thread had something to do with the lawsuit with Acacia ( which it did). I did not know it was going to refer to R-n at all.

Once I realized it did, and was pointing out R-n's lies, I continued to read, and someone mentioned C&D's, thus I thought it would be humerous to post the C&D he sent me recently.

Have you read the C&D? Since you are a man of Truth, did you find it to be humerous? Seriously, it's pretty damn funny.

I was going to leave the thread with just that tidbit, but you jumped in, so I responded. I like you, you are reponse worthy!
