yeah some agents will pay a decent finders fee. Some offer peanuts like 100 bucks. I know one who pays 10% of what the girl makes in her first month, which can be alot because new girls work alot, so it could be $500-1000.

recruiting can be the most labor intensive part of the entire business, if you can get 18-21, real cute, then with the right photographer I imagine you'd make more money than simply referral fees. If a model proves popular, try to be her agent.Comment
