Why is ARS webmaster so confusing?

I am trying to find banners to promote some of their sites, Can find them anywhere. Why cant they keep it simple. I have seen 100's of webmaster area & theirs is the most difficult one to navigate

At the top of every page there are links for promo and linking codes.




All other promo related links are found in the marketing center.

Their webmasters area is nothing short of a huge cluster fuck. They have no idea what the KISS method is.

I have been a long time affiliate of you guys. Hell, I have been in love with you guys when I did 7 sales during your 100 dollar day back a few years ago.

I have sent several e mails to you guys and offered suggestions. I always get some sales rep. My last suggestion was to give all the link codes for all the sites at once with one click in a text file or something easily to copy and paste, which your programmer had done in a week.

I tried to log into my account and you have me locked out ? ? It appears that the reason that you are unable to login to your account is because we do not have your W9 on file.?

You already have all my information including my SS. What happened to all that information? What other information do you need? Why not create a form for us to enter the information instead of having print and fax this form to you guys. Also, why was no e mail sent out notifying us we need to have this done by such and such a date?

Webmasters are lazy and they like it simple.

Its the year of content... Its long past due...

Now, in terms of the W9, you'll have to ask the Federal Goverment (namely the IRS) why they want THAT specific form. We send out enough money to hit someone radar screen and they've REQUIRED we get those from every US entity / individual (no questions asked). Therefore, we did it.
