    photoshop problem...

any ideas why whenever i place text in any image or new document in photoshop it takes all the text and crams it together, no matter what font or size it does it. Any ideas (photoshop 8.0)

on the top menu list goto "window" and macke sure "character" is checked. then there will be a character box on the screen You can ajust the spacing, the one with "A V" and an arrow under it going left to right should be set to 0.

Once you get the "character" box you shoudl be able to figure it out by the icons.

      Amen
