I was wondering how do I start with Filterring Traffic?

How do I do it?
I would be very happy if you can give me some ideas from your expirience....

Filtering based on what? Country, language, niche, time of day...?

For country filtering, we use http://www.ip-sorter.com/ excellent, and almost transparent.
