I need a cheap webcam service script

Basically I want to to offer members to possibility to chat with other members and have access to their webcam.... Since I will not be making any money from it, I need a script that is inexpensive but should have some features each member can control(i.e. limit access to invited guess, ban users, etc.).

Single model sites seem to have a similar webcam script. Surely they didn't all have them custumize!

digichat makes a nice chat interface but it's not cheap

It's been a long time since I ran one of those, but many of the independant web girls who are not part of HGC or Spamz do it this way.

Just build it so that the irc chat channel is beside the video window. You'll need to get ahold of a chat channel, but it was never a problem in the past. I'm not up to date on how it all works anymore
