i tried trials several years ago, had almost no impact on su's. i'd be fucking crazy to use them. i know of other sites (large ones) that have seen the same thing.

it all depends on the type of site, the way it's marketed, pricing, etc.

there is plenty of room for non-trial sites. beyond obvious. but here's to pointless arguing...
