Cut and paste previous emails when replying.

Why doesn't AOL have this setup automatically when people reply to emails?

I can't stand getting emails from AOL users and all I see in the email is:

'yes.'

I don't mean me...it seems that everyone who has AOL who emails me never cuts and pastes.
