    please help !!! Server admins!

    my server is currently down. closed all port!!

    so I opened reboot request and got response like this.

    This server is currently doing a manual fsck. It will be up shortly.

    wtf is fsck????

          If a server is rebooted without being properly turned off when it comes back up the OS is going to check the harddrives for any possible errors that may have resulted, thats what fsck is doing. File System Check, depending on the size of the harddrives, speed, etc, it can take a few minutes.
