CCBill program details changed...

So, according to two people who claim they spoke to CCBill, it was a glitch that occured when they converted to the new admin.

If you check program details now, they'll all show as unlimited.

Only problem is people have posted proof that they've only been paid for one rebill.

What story will we be told now? I'm guessing we'll be told the new admin backend was implemented months ago server side which is when the glitch occured. Will people get paid for unpaid rebills?

This is why I cannot understand why they would take the blame for this. There was no glitch, that is obvious.

If they take the fall for this, they will lose some business (for nothing).

Ok so CCBill scrubs off the charts .... but all programs/processors have shave options.... well at least most main ones. Just about every cascading billing affiliate management software has the option to shave.

Don't know why people accuse CCBill of allowing this when they are the least of the problem.
