Video Editing Question

I have a BMP file (my URL) that I want to turn into a 2 second mpeg, so that I can add it to the end of a 15 second mpeg file.

The merging is fine, but I can't find anything that will create the 2 second mpeg.

Please recommend software that can do this...

Conversion to AVI would also be fine. I tried BMP2AVI but it's no good.

TMPGenc is awesome, but it won't do that.

The easiest way would be to use animation shop to make it, then save it as avi, convert to mpg with tempgenc.

Use Premiere.

Import the .bmp, then stretch it to run for 2 secs.

Easy.
