New to this, im helping my bro set up a site, and he wants to set up a form that collects data and sends to his mailbox, looking for a free script, possibly one that only accepts one submission per IP address... any help is appreciated..


The host we have accepts CGI, SQL, etc.

how to use a cookie? not quite sure, im not exactly the best at this, i have done lots of websites, but IF they had forms i never did it or i used basic raw email... which sucks :\
