Netscape 7.1 Help

How do you get windows media files to play in Netscape when I click on them I get a screen of machine code. Do you have to set .wmv files to open in windows media player & if so how ?

Its not for me I got forwarded the message from our customer support & did not have the answer so thought I would ask.

Yuo should only check your sites with netscape..better use IE
