    Cleaner vs. Windows Media Encoder

Is there any benifet to encoding using Cleaner over WME for creating WMV files. WME is free and works fine - but i hear of so many people using cleaner -

Never tried WME...I use Cleaner. If all you need is WMV's, then stick with what you got if it's not giving you trouble.

I use Cleaner because I encode in different formats (quicktime, MPG, etc.) which I don't know if WME can do for you.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

windows media encoder works very good ... you can create custom profiles but make sure you name them starting with "Video ...." or else they will not be recognized by the batch encoder ...

batch encoder, hmm, lemme see if i have a link to it.

if youre using windows media 9, i think you have to use command prompt ... http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...automation.asp

i encode to 7 or 8, and there is a program to batch encode, wmrk7_full.exe
