Whenever I go to create a new account to get access, my .htpasswd file doesnt update. I'm trying to get set up using Verotel...

I was talking to two people earlier about this, but I can't find them now

I think they're on holidays at the moment, so you'll have to email them. Instead of waiting 5 days for a reply, you'll be waiting 2 weeks.

Change permissions of the password folder to 777 and change permissions of the .htpaswd file to 666. double check the path to the .htpasswd file(you must edit his inside the script) also make sure you "secret code" is changed in the script. Change permissions to the verotel script to 755. and that's all you have to do.
