Here is my question: is the ratio of "good to bad" domains in the ones your being offered now? If I am asking too personal of a question I apologize but I was just wondering.

The ratio of good to bad domains that you are offered by sellers is always very heavily weighted towards the bad.
It doesn't matter if you say you want to spend $50,000 or $50. Most of the domains people will offer you suck. -

99.99% are ridiculous so far as are the prices being asked.
So in answer to your question mostly all bad and any of the so so's aren't priced well.
Type-in traffic is indeed exceptional by the way.
