I haven't been able to access probilling.com for atleast two weeks, I'm guessing my ISP is having some DNS problems.Submit galleries? Need Partner Accounts?

Their up for us, in fact since we started using them on our pay sites fraud on checks went from 60% to less than 10% so i would recommend them over all of the big processors like Ibill etc for checks at least.
