w9 forms

just found out ARS locked my account since i didn't mail them my w9 form. i haven't heard anything from my other sponsors. can anyone tell me what's the procedure like? is it my responsibility to fax it to all the sponsors or only those that ask? i'm not too familiar with US taxes.

If you had logged into the ars site the past few months I think you would have got the page that asked you too fax in the info. I haven't seen any other sponsors do it as of yet, but I don't push alot of the big sponsors.
