Looking for a traffic distribution script

I want to be able to run traffic campaigns where I can put in a URL and a number of clicks to send and have the script distribute the hits between the different campaigns. Sort of like most traffic brokers use but I won't be selling any of it, just using it to distribute some traffic and test out sponsors, etc.

Any scripts like this available? I'd prefer free. If I have to pay I'll just write one myself. It'd be easy to write but I'd rather focus on other things.

If it is user friendly with a good admin. section, I may well be interested in buying a copy. But it will have to be less expensive than a gallery rotation script....

I'm not gonna charge for a few lines of PHP and mysql code. It won't be flashy but it'll be functional enough to easily manage campaigns, set traffic amounts, pause, start them, etc.

If people use it I'll just put a WM banner in the admin area or something
