Good Bandwith Control Script

Does anyone know where I can find a script to see and eventually control members bandwith consumption ?

I am also looking for a good anti password sharing script ...

Pennywize have a script called Trafficwize which does it. http://www.trafficwize.com

throttles all your movie downloads to an overall speed (eg .100k/sec), regardless of how many windows they open.

Check out mod_bandwidth and mod_throttle. Both compiles right into Apache and you can control it on a per user basis, if you so desire. Has a nice status to see every users and how much they are running at what times.

For the password protection, I would recommend Iprotect from digital-concepts.net. Good coder and his stuff compiles into Apache as well.
