Image sizes

Been selling images and video on the net for 6 months and doing very well. But some people have complained about the size we use for the large .jpg 900 X 600
So what size do you think would be best?

use a width of 760 pixels as a max and it will be fine in an 800 X 600 computer..any bigger and it will make it difficult for your customers to navigate.

900 x 600 definitely too big.

There are old systems and the more progressive. Look at XNXX forum ( for example) regardless what you post, the site automatically reduces the size and you need to click on the image to make it bigger. Unforunately there are a lot of " bottom feeders" who still worry about bandwidth and the size of home screens and did not upgrade their " free" software. Fuck them.

One of the oldies is for example Literotica which allows only 100 kb image... Go figure

They still " live" in the 90ties ;)

If they are complaining the hi-res is to small I would go for 2912x4368 (300 dpi) as that's at least the size of the gagball stolen sexart torrents.
