    Question

How many times should you be able to recharge a battery for a cam corder? I bought a Panasonic not that long ago and have only recharged it three times and now it seems that it will not hold a charge. Faulty battery???

Same problem with our panasonic. Took it out last night to record and the battery was dead. It was charged up all day.

        Totally sucks.

I suppose there must be different brands of batteries that can be used on the Panasonic??? If so...does anyone have suggestions?

Read your warranty... some won't be any good with a different brand of battery. Just make sure you get one that doesn't have any charge memory in the brand it came with. They usually cost a chunk more for the things we have done like that. And they don't seem to last either.

Could be the charger overcharged it too and fried it.

I don't know anything about cameras but every time I or someone I know has bought a cordless phone the battery that's included is a piece of shit and doesn't last.
