I think he is awesome too. He can almost start his own politcal party! He has his show on either showtime or HBO and should be coming out of hiatus in January.

SEGuru and I saw him live in concert in Boulder. He was off the hook! It was definaltey same show different city concept, but he has an amazing presence and delivery!

I don't like Maher because he's a cocky arrogant asshole, but I won't deny that he's got some great observations.

I can't recall what his last concert was called but I was pretty impressed with how he tied it all together with porpoganda and slogans...and was also entertained it was much better than Miller's last concert.

He said that he was tired of people calling the hijackers cowards. He said they were evil, but they weren't cowards. Cowards don't perform suicide missions. People like George Bush who drops bumbs on Afghanistan from the safety of a bunker is a coward. Not the troops who risk their lives to perform the act, but the people who direct it without ever risking their lives.

You got MOST of it right (Don't believe Bush was mentioned by name there..but a minor point).

You did leave out the part where after he says "the troops who risk their lives".."but we don't send them in! Instead we lob missles..etc etc."

So what part of this is UNTRUE? Or TERRIBLE to say?
