PS2 PC Emulation

Any good ones out there? Ones that work on XP and with a DVD Drive?

Tried a couple I found on Kazza... nothing worked on my system. Just wondered if anyone here knew of a good one.

Yea... got great protection.

Getting a PS2 for xmas... neighbor gave me a couple of games... wanted to try them now.

Downloaded Bleem... piece of shit and something else that somewhat worked... but it would not read the DVD drive.

Oh well... figured that if anyone would know of a good one... it would be here... so I guess that there is no such monster out there.

They are all pretty good, if you get into GTA Vice city you will not leave your sofa though :-)

That good a? Sweet. I had an older version for the PC... was pretty fun. Cannot drive too well on the PC though. The only real PC game I like is Return to Castle Wolfenstein... I play the on-line version all the time.

Yea, tried Bleem, didn't work for me... maybe the games are too new, maybe it's because I have DVD and not CD in my computer. Don't know... just know it did not work for me. Running XP Pro if that helps.

What is wrong with PS2? To me they're all the same with a different name. The thing that draws me to the PS2 is the fact that you can play PS1 games too... that is one hell of a game selection. Neither Nintendo or XBox can compare to the number of games available.

Although the new XBox commercials are pretty cool.

I never said it works flawlessly .. never said I plug my xbox in and it majically becomes a PS2 . BUT I can put a PS2 game in and play it . These games arent purchased . they are downloaded ISOs and burnt either to a dvd , or saved directly to my xbox via serial port .

Ok, how about this....

A couple of the games are pretty scratched up... They work well in the PS2, but with something that looks like this... I worry hw long it will last... so I tried to make a back up of the disc. It did not work... is there a way to make back up copies of PS2 games like making movie backups?


Oh--- I tried Roxio Disc Copy and XCpoy... One was disk to disk... one was from an ISO i created.

Yes, there is...but you will need to have some sort of mod device installed.
