For example say the one time charge $10, with a per minute on average the webmaster make 35 cents a minute and the the averave call is 10 minutes. That means the webmaster would only make $3.50, but this way they make $10 bucks. Its also a better deal for the surfer because they get more value for their money by having access to the site for the whole month.Originally posted by brand0n

Not many people are offering a drop charge anymore because in a lot of places in europe it is illegal. The drop charges in the US had an EXTREMELY high chargeback rate so most people dont bother with it.
i believe if you want to do a drop charge in germany or austria, i cant remember its either one or the other or both

Tibs still has a drop charge solution for US traffic. (see bottom of sig). I am running tests now to see what performs better the per minute or drop charge calls. I will post some results when done.Living in Virtual Reality
