Symantec Email Proxy Deleted Message

Something bizar is happening, normally loas of spam, this time loas of Symantec Email Proxy Deleted Messages mails.

On an account that I normally have 5 mails on a day on, now 314 of these messages in the last 5 hours.

Anyone having the same problem?

Is it when a little Symantec box keeps popping up scanning hundreds of e-mails ? I had that a while ago it was a virus. It was trying to send out mail using my Outlook, but I don't use Outlook, so I kept getting hundreds of envelope boxes in my taskbar. I fixed it by updating Norton and running a scan.
