Help! Back Spasms!

OKay, I have a spasm in my back, its about 1.5 inches diagonally from my neck on the left side.

Ive tried heating pads, hot showers, stretching, popping, nothing seems to help it. Anyone got some good remedys?

I cant get to a chiropractor until monday :-(
