On-line pharmacy affiliate program

I have been building an on-line pharmacy site. I have contracts with four doctors, three pharmacies and I have a support call center staff of 12 people. As of January05 I would like to start an affiliate program.

We will set up medication groups, (allergies, sexual health, weight loss, pain management, ) and anything you think you could sell to your customer base as long as it meets DEA standards. We will supply all the information on the med groups, and give you access to marketing media, or we could even build the pages for you. We do not use a third party billing co. we have our own merchant accounts, but we do have a full backend that you will have access to so you can see your sales real time.

Here is a quick overview of the business model
A customer has to have a consult every three months, and they get their scripts filled every month.

I am thinking $35.00 per consult, and a % of the medication sold. I am setting up a pay scale based on the margins we get for the meds now.

Anyone could easily push 10 consults a day, This market is only limited by your imagination.

i've got a better idea... how about not dick the customers around with consults, send them their damned medicine from offshore for cheap, and pay webmasters alot, without any hassle?

With the meds I do it's illegal to do so.
The DEA is shutting everyone down that doles out drugs that way. If you don't consult before you send your breaking the law.
I have a friend who made 650mil over the past 3 years and now he might lose it all to the government for illegal drug sale.

Over sea drugs are crappy. I have plenty of contacts in Costa Rica, India, Russia, and so on.. But the quality sucks. I can get any drug you want... but it's illegal.
This isn't like peddling porn or selling herbal sex aids. These are class 3 drugs and the government takes an interest in who?s doing what and how they are doing it.

My drugsite pays 35 to 50% of EACH sale .... minus cost ...I pay out an average of $60 per customer ..recurring for life. Why is yours going to be better ..and yes I offer Class 3 Drugs including Vicodin.

What?s your site URL?

I do 500+ consults a day. Plus a % of the meds, refills ect..
With no affiliate program. I have the manpower to do more, So I thought an affiliate program would be nice. Anyone with a small amount of mainstream marketing skills could push 10 consults a day. If your site is DEA compliant, I would sign up tomorrow and make 6k a day.

How do you guys get the drugs into the US? I'v been reading the USPS site and other postal law and its not legal to mail them? any tips? ( I want to get into this.. Argentina has Extremely cheap drugs)
