    webmasters using Verotel

    It seems many were suddenly hit with a large amount of phone chargebacks. I thought i was the only one, but after reading there message board, others are complaining too.
    Anyone else find it very strange that we were all hit with phone chargebacks all at the same time???? And their email sent today is a lame excuse that they were backloged in paper work...
    Funny how Ive had not one credit card CB since last December, but im suddenly hit with 9 phone CB's, and so are others???

      They are going under, next it will be a mistake in the checking system, so chargebacks from checks for the last year will suddenly appear, probably around 30% of all checks, and before you know it they're gone with your money

          Check if those chargebacked accounts have been customers!
          Or still can login.
          Happend to us, 90% of the telephone chargebacks had never been memers at our sites.

              how? phone chargebacks dont show up in their control centre.

                          First try and figure out WHERE dialers are most used.

                          Then scan the news reports there for a TV news program that did an expose on dialers and how warez and crackz sites install them illegally and then decide if that is why a lot of customers called their phone companies and said, ohhh, it was installed illegally and made the calls all on its own. Walla...
