I don't think anyone is 'using it' it seems to be a 'porn blocker' type program. It is crawling your sites for pornographic material & will keep it 'flagged' in its database to prevent access by minors. It seems to be a free service. Seems like the site is not completed & the Italian to English translator wasn't me :-)
