Someone I need to pay only uses this for some odd reason, is there anyone here that uses them and can help me out. I just need to send him 40.00 and I can send your 60.00 via paypal if you can help.

yea i still don't get it, you have to spend money at a e-gold retailer to get money in your account ?

Well e-gold is backed by real gold, so somewhere along the line your money has to be gold. You have to pay one of those guys in USD, then they deposit the equivalent value in gold into your account.

The problem with doing a transaction like this is that e-gold.com is non-refutable whereas paypal is so if the paypal transaction gets refunded or chargedback for whatever reason, the person sending the e-gold is SOL.

We take e-gold and pay it out to some of our sellers at http://www.imageauction.com Its a great payment method IMO. Plus gold is up over $400!! woohoo

You fill your e-gold account by buying e-gold from a seller/broker. They usually charge 2-15% depending how you pay them.

I am using e-gold.com for over 2 years and I love it. There is various investment companies and I know cool e-gold2paypal exchange service(exchanging 500$ e-gold and getting 50$ more)
e-gold.com is cool if you know how to make profit with them...

Gold price is getting so unstable so I stopped to keep my money by gold.
