    Ccbill announcment (EU processing issue)

CCBill is aware of the difficulties affecting some in the industry over the past couple of days. In an effort to alleviate your concerns, CCBill's management is releasing the following statement:
    CCBill Clients:

We would like to thank you for your continued patronage of CCBill and we are always sorry to hear of other company's difficulties. At this time, CCBill is not aware of any issues that would affect clients utilizing any of our services, including CCBillEU, LTD. We maintain a constant communications channel with each of our banking relationships and we believe the situations affecting our competitor's are unique to each individual company. CCBill is not aware of competitor's operations nor do we have any insight into either their banking relationships or their particular circumstances. We would continue to remind our clients that any organization is judged upon its own merits and own abilities.

We wish you all continued success through 2003 and a Happy Thanksgiving. If you should have any questions directly related to CCBill's services, please feel free to contact our NEW CLIENT SUPPORT department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at: [email protected] or by phone at 800.510.2859.

    Sincerely,

    Ron Cadwell

As a reminder, the U.S. will observe Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26, 2003 , and all U.S. Financial institutions will be closed. On Thursday, all online check rebills will be temporarily held, and run on Friday, November 27, 2003 . This will not affect new online check sales or new or rebilled credit card sales, which will continue to process in real time, as usual.

All transactions will be accessible in the reporting areas.

Nice to see CCBill taking the high road here and not jumping in where they shouldn't.

And not everyone uses the same banks in any country either.
