Hey everyone! Thank you so much for the kudos and compliments! I hope everyone had a great time! I know I had fun organizing that mayhem!

I have a small list of things I would like to change for the next event in Atlanta...suggestions are welcome! Let me know what you suggest!

my list so far is as follows:

More than one computer for registration check-ins
Putting the schedule of events inside the 'swag bags'
Having both bars and room service stay open later
Having some food at the mixers

What else can make this event bigger and better?

I think it would be improved by having you wearing no panties standing over me scheduling a shoot, while I was lying on the floor and . . . oh wait, never mind, that already happened. Whoo-hoo! I'm scared to look at my pix from the Gotham Hall party.

Great weekend! You did a great job!

Glad to see the rumor about the Atlanta dates changing is true. Great convention city. Last time I was there, they had coed strip clubs with male and female dancers and male and female patrons. Maybe we should have some official webmaster excursions to 'em.

Hey Kayla, you have done a great, job !! I was also thinking of having a some one sponsor a cyber cafe.

The cyber cafe sounds like a good idea, doe some reason the bandwidth at the Hotel wasnt really good.


Other then that, it was an awesome show! I think Kayla did a REAL good job of setting it up and keeping things in orfer :D

Thanks Kayla for a great time.

We really thought the show went well and was very informative.
I like the idea of food at the mixers since these were usually around dinner time.
Other than that I think everything went off without a hitch, a very smooth ride for the first show.

I have 40 action items to make Atlanta even better. My #1 is to have more security at the hotel, so the few drunken webmasters who want to disrupt things don't ruin it for everyone.

Also, make sure they're not ignorant so the 100% sober webmaster coming in don't get hassled @ the door by butt hurt security guards

Kayla, I think you did an EXCEPTIONAL job. And many thanks to David as well for all of his hard work.
I do have one suggestion though. Next time we obviously need to check IDs so we can keep out all of the middle schoolers who were there posing as adult webmasters!

It seems to me like a good time was had by all though, whether they were there just for business, just for the parties, or a little bit of both.

hey all, just joined this board and love it. had a ton of fun this weekend. fave moment is definately breakfast with zoe_zoebaboe and making the face to face contacts. Arkansas Dave is a kick and awesome, Rocki is cool as ice, loved laurels impression of pippy longstocking in her pigtails and James from VideoPass was a fucking encyclopedia of video information! . I didnt get to meet aly from python or holly and I wanted to SO BAD!!!

Overall a fun time. I would have liked more specific content vendors or perhaps I just didnt meet them there. Would have liked a more defined time for content providers/vendors to meet with webmasters wanting to purchase.

looking forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Mitch---Python Aly, Holly Rupert and Holly Moss were all at WIA party so definitely come to the next WIA gathering.


WIA happy hour at WMA was a success and want to thank Lensman and Eric for letting us have a presence as well as coming to the event.

I too just wanted to say thanks to Lensman and all the sponsors, but especially to Kayla for trying to resolve a couple of hotel problems I was having. She was definitely taking charge and would recommend her to anyone who needs an event coordinator. Kayla!

The event was great and Kayla did a smashing job pulling it all together! I was impressed at how smoothly everything went right down to my boxes and boxes of pads winding up in the right places! And thanks to Eric who I know also put in a lot of work to this event as he helped me out.

It is too bad that Kayla was woken up so frequently but by the same token security was a little unreasonable.

For example, to be that mad stuff was being thrown into the atrium from the balconies...very good point.

Mad that people were smoking cigarettes outside of the building at 3am, not on a school night... ridiculous. Security saying I was causing a problem for pointing out that I had a non smoking room and was told I could smoke outside. Also ridiculous.

Kayla calling me smug and trying to reprimand me in front of everyone without one solid reason for embarassing me, also ridiculous.

Apart from that I really enjoyed the show and got to reconnect with some old faces and meet a lot of new ones...can't wait for the next event!

Yep I agree with you 100% I thought that Rent-A-Pig had a major ego trip going. He didnt even make sense. 99% of the people outside (When that fiasco took place) were sober. I know I was! His 3rd grade mentality didn't really help the situation at hand....especially assualting Whitney from Megapornbucks. Quite honestly....if it had been me I would have had his fat donut eating ass thrown in jail.


Or for that matter embarrasing little Elisa from Platinum bucks for no reason either.

Other than that...it was a great show. Thanks to everyone that put the show together. And as always great to see you all again.
