CCbill stats

Anyone else have 'disappearing' sales? Last week I had an odd signup/conversion show up on my stats and now the conversion is gone .. no charge backs, nada..

Anyone have an idea why?

Ive had a few from earlier in the week disapeer as well. Had this happen a few weeks ago but they showed up again later.

Fabian, if you don't feel that it's fixed, then perhaps you'd be interested in emailng me your account number and the urls that you are referring traffic from, and I'll have my programmers take a look at your specific account.

Other than that, I'm quite sure that it's fixed.

So if you are just venting, that's fine to, but feel free to say so.

Don't worry about it, Mark already sent an ICQ and I gave him my info. Like I said before, it's only $15 so I could really care less .. I DO however have other accounts that I don't want to monitor like a hawk, and for that reason I asked this question wondering if anyone else had experience a similar phenomenon.

Other than that, and regardless if I see the $15, I'll be quite satisfied to hear the opinion of a programmer saying they're quite sure that it's fixed.

Oh, and I'm not venting, I simply asked a question and moved on with my life ..

Your statement seems a little contradictory .. you first state 'I am not going to discuss anything pertaining to particular accounts' .. but then you continue and actually discuss by stating 'there was no problem with our stats in this case' ...

Anyway, like I said before, I've already moved on and I'm not sure why you feel you have to 'say the last word' in this matter.

It's fine that you moved on, I am glad we got it cleared up for you.

However, I do not want the lingering impression left here that there was a problem with our stats and reporting when that was not at all the case.

I thought maybe you would come back and mention that but when you didn't I did.
