Yet another important Ibill error...

Use CMI's "Last refunds and chargebacks" report, your report will be emailed in a few minutes.

Report has two categories :
1) Against Sales Paid in Earlier Statements
2) Against Sales Not Yet Paid

Tens of refunds and CB's occurred in the last 12 months are listed in "Against Sales Not Yet Paid", and the report says "the amount of your next Statement will be reduced to compensate"... I know they deducted all these (except this month's) refunds and CB's from our account.

I have a feeling that Ibill might deduct these for a second time.

I thought about removing it from join page completely. But when you don't send new signups, revenue will decrease and CB-refund ratio will increase in the next months, and this will result in termination of account, then you will lose future rebills.
