Just want to check if a binary runs properly on both Mysql 4.0 and Mysql 3.23 on FreeBSD.

Could someone download http://www.authexa.com/versions/test_freebsd.cgi and check if it creates tables correctly with their version of FreeBSD/Mysql? Thanks...
