Google adwords

While I'm on the PPC topic, another thing I notice - a new listing or a recently changed bid on adwords seems to get more "targeted" traffic. If I let a bid run for over a week, the sales go down but the traffic level stays the same.

Anyone else notice this?

Yes, me and other people I've talked to experience the same thing...

The traffic can bring in some good signups the first days .. then the signups stops .. but the traffic is the same..

I've never seen that before, the first week or so of listings is usually jumpy, but afterwards it seems to stabalize.
