Best Child Filter Software???

I want to offer a child filter software on my warning page. What is the best and do any of them offer affiliate programs?

I put safe-surf and netnanny buttons on my warning pages. I do it not to make money, I do it because it is the right thing to do. I'm unaware of any that offer affiliate programs, but they could be out there.
