Now, forgive me if I'm wrong (and I very well may be), but isn't implying that the girls in your material are under age just as illegal as them actually being under age?

For instance...the 16sweet16 picture where frankly, the chick may as well be topless implies that this chick is under age...illegal or legal?

Perhaps someone would like to tell me what the standing is on this...

If they actually have 16 year olds then of course its illegal in the US (US Federal age of consent is 18 although some states can go as low as 16).

If they are actually 18 year olds and over, then the site is misleading. And may still be subject to state obscenity prosecution. Run a google search on Ginsburg vs. New York (US Supreme Court holding that marketing NON Obscene materials as Obscene or illegal can lead to obscenity charges)

If a girl is portrayed strongly as being underage, engaging in activities considered to be strictly childlike activities, it doesn't matter HOW old the model is, in many cases it would still be considered CP.

I really don't feel that this site constitutes "childlike activities"...in fact, there's one link on it that claims 13-19 content...which I find really distasteful.

I was getting spammed from a sleaze who kept emailing me links to join a 'lolita' site.

It was really fucked up, very young girls.

I reported this to the fbi, and as many agencies as possible,
nothing happened...

the guy was out of russia, is this how these fuckers get away with it? Are other countries so fucked up, there is no law against it?

For the lawyers out there: Wasn't there a recent US Supreme Court case that basically said you could pass a girl off as underaged as long as she wasn't actually a minor? I think this turned the old notion that having an 18+ girl surrounded by childish objects, such as lollipops + teddy bears, was arguably CP.

I agree it's wrong, but I do remember reading something about that maybe a year ago... Can anyone confirm or deny?

If they are outside the U.S. then the laws of their country may allow 16 years olds to be nude.
