Can someone explain the benefits of Macromedia Fireworks over Flash. I have flash and was wondering if its worth my while to get Fireworks.

Graphics (like photoshop).
Uses png files, so all you're operations get saved. Cool when doing small modifications later.
And easy to learn (unlike photoshop).

It does all my batching, graphic design etc. I Love it.

It's Macromedia, duh.
