If been through their FAQ, but can't figure out how to leave (private) feedback for a sensitive item. I see it all the time in people's feedback, right next to valid item numbers. How do you leave private feedback for just one item?
I used to. We made a shitload there in the old days, then they started nickel and diming you to death and fixing things that weren't broken. In the end, I just didn't feel it was worth the trouble anymore. Sometime in about 2001 the bidders started turning into total freaks, screw it, I pulled the plug.

Were you the winner? You can always ask the seller a question. If you were the winner just go to "myebay" and you will find the link there.

The feedback will be left private if the auction itself was private to begin with
