It's kind of unnecessary to 'affirm' your age under any legal penalties..

If you're old enough to be legally bound by any affirmation, then you're old enough to enter the site.. So.. the affirmation is needless..

If you're too young to enter the site, then you can't be held liable as an adult if you lie about your age.. So.. the affirmation is again needless..


If you put up a warning page... That's all it needs to be...

Just a message informing surfers that they are about to enter a site that has adult content.. Then give some sort of enter and exit link..

Nothing will stop a minor from entering if they want to enter..
