i have just seen it, and i am kinda confused........ hmmm Neo died?, whats up with that. Plus, who was the orecal? Was the orecal the god?.. How did matrix became the real world?...

WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPEN?.... It got me so thinking, that i am not sure what happened!!!!!

I honestly didn't understand really anything about this movie, either.
It was too cryptic - I'm guessing they didn't want people to understand, and if they did, the movie did a piss poor job of explaining things.

For some reason I have this feeling there is going to be a Matrix the 13th on Elm street


Hollywood can never just let anything be , with that ending I'm sure there is going to be a few more to the series, so they can stomp it into the dirt intill we can't take it any more.

The movie is hard to explain in only a short post!

Neo died yes but only his human body. He was already half way dead because when Agent Smith shot him in the first one he became part of the Matrix's programing. That is why he couls see the code of the Matrix with out the use of computers. When he stood up and stopped the bullets he was really just controling the Matrix from inside now. Now Neo had the abillity to control anything conected to the Matrix program. When he destroyed Agent Smith their programs meshed and they became 2 seperate but equal programs. Neo being Good, Smith being evil a yin and yang thing. The Matrix is about balance and to control what goes on they need to have balance. Now with Smith free to run all over that balance was getting destroyed. The two had to become one and the main program that Neo and Smith carried had to be rewritten. Neo will return but only by way of another shell or host program.

The Matrix was not reloaded, it was simply just rewritten because the humans learned peace and the machines learned love. In the Animatrix the machines put the humans to a test program to see if we could learn to live with out war or destroying. When Neo finally stopped fighting and let Smith take over his body the Machines saw that humans could stop fighting. Test program over and the Matrix was rewritten to allow the results to be added.
