Hey Oracle, I doubt if the content that is in the member's area is too critical because let's face it, what you're really doing is buillding your double opt-in email list. Your secondary goal is to sell them something once they log in. Chances are they won't be back anyway because just like all 4free sites, there isn't really much content anyway. Actually you have more actual content than any of the 4free sites I've seen already.

I think what you should really do is add a lot more advertising. You'll probaly only have one shot at them so you should mazimize your chances. I would also think you should add some other things besides galleries. They can see way more than that at a TGP so hit them with penis enlargement ads, webcams, hard drive scrubbers, etc. Maybe a phone sex number too.

The way I look at it the people that joined your site were looking for free stuff and it's highly unlikely that they are going to whip out their credit cards to pay to look at what they can get lots of at a TGP but they might be enticed into paying for some one-on-one time with a cam girl, or buy a porn video, or call a phone sex line.
