It's still the same as it's always been, they still have the best linklist traffic of any system and still have the same 10% sales to site ratio. So no they don't specifically delist certain sites, it's based on the webmasters total sites and total sales.

Most AVS systems convert at under 1:100 so 1:50 is not so hard to believe, it's definitely possible with AVS.

I usually do the best with FreeageCard for my free sites and traffic since they pay the most per real free signup, and then Cyberage for premium sites cause they rebill forever and have that click page bonus which raises my $ per click.
