I think its a great idea man..
Anything you can do to diverse your business is good. However since you are retired from porn it wouldn't really be a diversement for you per say, more of a project to keep ya busy.

I always recommend to webmasters to diverse their business and not just have all your porn profits re-cycled back into your porn biz model.

Open restaurants, clubs, start some kind of promotion, something just to get some large revenue from another source. For me its been owning part of a restaurant, and trying to help promote mixed martial arts fighters. I used to think gambling was part of my biz diversity but im now starting to think that is more of a cancer than anything. I dont see how the made men in the movies manage that shit without getting burned.

The restaurant and club biz is and can be very lucrative when you know what you are doing.
Knowing you, im sure you would be able to adapt and have a feel for things very quick and do quite well.

Im not familiar with the Russian Culture Market down in Florida, but I assume if you are thinking about it, it must be pretty hot! I have friends here in Portland that own ?Greek? restaurants and clubs, one of which is the more popular clubs in town.

The key is to not just market this to Russians, but to the open public. And of course the Russian Culture being the overall theme, and the core heart of the club Russian people. Ive seen to many ?culture? oriented themed resturants and clubs go down the tubes for isolating them so tightly into this niche. Unless you are the only Russian club in town, and there are a shitload of Russians looking for a club to go to, you have to be really careful. You?re a smart guy, im sure you?ve studied the dynamics already and dont need me.

I don't own a club or own any shares in one, but I do know quite well some club owners here in Portland.
Just like our porn industry there are some who do very well, and some who really struggle. Theme it around a culture, but Id be careful isolating it to one. Ive seen too many Greek style clubs and restaurants fail by doing this, and seen one in particular really rise to the top just by marketing things a bit different to all cultures..

I was taking to my bud Joey "the Man" here at gfy who owns a few large TGPs that do very well and he is doing this diversement as well.

Last I heard he was looking at buying a Samari Sam franchise.
That would be a great fucking idea.

The franchise fees would be high, but for a first timer going the route of a franchise would be the way to go. They kinda pave the path for you..

For me, my Cousin (exxxotica's brother) was already in the resturant biz big time, and parterning with him was a no brainer.

We scoped a market, a niche , planted up next to a walmart and the rest has become a 70k a month dream come true.

Serge. I would reconmned trying to partner up with someone who really knows the biz. I assume you already have someone in mind. There is sooooo much to learn, andhaving a anchor man to show the way is quite important.

Its tough to go into somethin like this on your own.
If not for financial reasons, for management reasons and experience.

For Joey with a Franchise it solves this problem, and for me my cousin filled that void for me.

But I dont know too many Russian club franchises!
So be sure you take someone aboard who really knows what he is doing. SOmeone you trust.

One of the misconceptions here at GFY many people here have of my resturant is that it is some 5 star fine dining Valet style classy resturant..

IT IS NOT... Its a Mongolian Grill. We share a 3 block area with Walmart and Target!

Its a Mongolian Grill! Markets to Blue Collar hard workin people who like to eat. IT's concept and mission is to make money. And it does. People pay, come in eat, and they are gone. And this happens in bulk. You want people in fast and out fast and a line out the door. That was our mission statement theme.

One mistake many people who want to start a club or resturant do is try to make something too fancy. A resturant of the stars. They hope the biz will make them look important or rise thier status level.. You go into it thinking like that you will fail.

Its fine to create something high class, but I see too many people get caught up in that. Making things look to fancy, marketing to the upper tear of the population hoping to become an indvidual within that upper class community. Missing out on the true overall goal and that is to make money and not to impress people.

You cant think like that. You main focus has to be market share. What will get the most people in the door..

Think of ways to get or capture a market share that already exists in bulk.
