    2checkout.com service?

My bank told me today that 2checkout did a reserve on my mastercard of 2 times $11.000 ..

Knowing that this is a little more than I should have used it this month I went to 2checkouts website and opened a ticket with priority "extremly important" ..

Here after 8 hours they still haven't answered .. what the hell is that kindof service ???

What do you mean by reserve? A pre-auth charge that doesn't get settled?

What relationship do you have with 2checkout? $22k Sounds like a major fuckup.

Yes, reserve is in "they are making sure that they can charge the money" .. or something ..

For what I know I'm only paying my hosting with 2checkout.com ... and thats only about $1000-$1200 a month

I don't think that cybercatinc uses 2checkout .. and even if they do I don't think I bought for $22000 since last months .. ehmm.. charge on my mastercard

they put a reserve on your card until the merchant marks an order 'shipped'.. and then they actually charge your card.

        So you better be quick!!

I'm pretty sure that if someone uses my card (like in stolen number) I can just tell my bank to cancel the payment

Hmm... let's take 2 steps back here. 2checkout is a 3rd party biller, therefore - assuming that it's not a colossal fuckup on their part - someone has entered your details on a payment screen and pressed submit. The only hands-off transactions would be rebills for the same amount each month.

Does your host have your CC#?

Let me follow up my last msg... I meant that as a third party biller, only the card holder should be the one pressing submit.
