Who are they?
They offers 5mbit for 295$ month.. is it possible...

Is cogento so bad?
I thouth before that today every good hosting uses them.. (swiftwill - above 1$/Gb, exmasters - fuck, but uses cogento)

Lol Sorry, but Swiftwill isn't on Level 3. They do have a Level 3 pipe (through cari)but trust me they're sending the traffic through Cogent.

Cogent has alot of Peering and Routing Issues
since most of their techs dont know what they are doing in the first place
