    Protocol & courtesy?

    Hi..
I just opened the file of submissions I just got from RS..there's so many!!
I know it would take alot of time to respond to every submitter, but, what's your opinion?
Should I send an email to confirm the submit prior to listing it?
Also, should a site not follow the rules, should I email & tell the submitter why they were declined?
Also, those galleries that I select & approve, should I email them to tell them that they are listed?

Or should I just approve & deny as I choose & not reply to anyone?
I just have so many submissions from the past 5 days & am now backlogged..

I currently dont take any submissions of anykind except some tgp2 stuff that my gf does. But I used to do tgp and link list submmisions all by hand. With both thank you and rejection emails. What a bunch of work :o(

Any way I think most people dont care if you send them or not. Most of them are batch submitting anyway.

So if you dont have a script that sends a generic reply/spam then I wouldnt really worry about it.

From a submitters POV...I always like at least a reason why I wasn't listed if that is the case.

Luckily I have a script with automated messages. That's neat. Sorta gives you, the submitters the feeling I actually care for you.

does your script send one message to those that're listed and another message to those that're declined?
